Codexis Test Suite Inventory
This table documents all builder and content consistency test files, their purpose, coverage, test data sources, and dependencies on the shared temp directory and cleanup flag (Task #16/17).

Note: As of 2025-05-28, all builder test suites (Markdown, HTML, PDF, WikiJS, EPUB, DOCX) have been unified. Legacy and unified test files have been merged. All canonical builder tests now use manuscript/manuscript.tex via the shared fixture and the unified temp dir/cleanup pattern. See migration rationale in test_suite_analysis.md.
