Action-reaction-resultant:
Since "neither light not any other phenomenon is
(THAT
instantaneous, then an action and the vector it creates
is not instantaneous. Ther fore the terminal end of an
action's vector occurs later." Therefore every action must
have a reaction at its starting end and a resultant at its
terminal end."
