Octave Wave:
"The interaction of all numbers other than nine creates the wave phenomenon described, i.e., the self-invertable, self-inside-outable octave increasing and decreasing pulsatively, fourfoldedly, and tetrahedrally. No matter how complex a number aggregating sequence of events may be, this phenomenon is all that ever happens.
